1. Our service
CreditJunction4U is an information and comparison platform. We are not a bank, NBFC or lender and do not grant loans or issue cards. Any loan or card is a contract between you and the provider, on the provider’s terms.
2. Your information
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. You consent to us and our partners contacting you about your request by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, including if your number is on the DND registry.
3. No guarantee
Eligibility checks, comparisons and calculators are indicative. Approval, amount, rate, fees and tenure are decided solely by the provider after its own assessment.
4. Referral fees
Providers may pay us a referral fee when you take a product through them. This does not increase the cost to you. See how we earn.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
6. Third-party sites and marks
Links to lenders and other sites are provided for convenience; their own terms apply. Lender names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by providers or for losses arising from reliance on indicative information on this site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
